Since inception, CLDI has developed into a company with attained public capital of JD 12 million listed in the Amman Stock Exchange. From 2005 the company achieved a net profit of JD 2.3 Million exclusive of land prices revaluation.

CLDI has a well diversified rich business and services portfolio including gated compounds, community projects –Dabouq Heights, residential building –Sweifieh residential apartments, warehousing, logistics and storage facilities –Al Raqeem industrial project, towers –Deir Ghbar multi use tower as well as general real estate trading and services through the company’s sister company CITYPLEX, which is CLDI services arm.

CityPlex was established in 2006 as a real estate agent and full fledged services company serving the Jordanian market.
